Successful development of international cooperation in the field of education
Today is the final day of the Azerbaijan International Education Exhibition at Baku Expo Centre. The project was a real success and managed to attract the attention of many young people. The event also highlighted the opportunity for a successful choice of educational institutions, alongside the specifics and prospects of future professions. During the exhibition, many business people and employers met with decent young professionals. In general, the exhibition was attended by 118 educational institutions from 14 countries, representing over 60 different faculties. The organiser of the exhibition is Caspian Event Organisers, CEO.
In his speech, Deputy Minister of Education Jeyhun Bayramov said that foreign and domestic educational institutions represented at this exhibition would undoubtedly contribute to the development of cooperation between educational institutions from different countries. This opinion was shared by foreign visitors who defined the education as an essential element of long-term development of society. Exhibitors representing the universities, schools, as well as educational and scientific centres of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Hungary, Germany, Jordan, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and the Czech Republic offered numerous programs of undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate studies, the second higher education and MBA courses, including foreign business languages and training opportunities. A range of new and proven learning programs were showcased by the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan which has been supporting the exhibition for over ten years.
The 10th anniversary of Education Exhibition has successfully outlined its important qualities and has highlighted its dominant position among the main events in this field. It is important to note that innovations at any given exhibition is often perceived with approval; particularly, if the exhibition stands are presented by debutants, which makes it even more interesting as newcomers always try to attract the attention with their interesting expositions and colourful presentations. They are also active in establishing contacts with local entrepreneurs. Visitors were willing communicating with the representatives of the leading universities, schools and preschool facilities. Among the issues discussed were the admission processes, deadlines for submission of documents, cost of trainings, ranking of universities and much more.
The organisers have managed to create well-designed routes for walking around the exhibition stands which were usually surrounded by large groups of students. This psychological force has brilliantly characterized the spatial parameters of the Education exhibition, where one could spend hours by walking around a variety of stands, each of which represented unique, interesting, and attracting projects. “- This is not only an interesting and informative event - we can even feel the geniality of stand owners!”, say many visitors, by summarizing their impression from the study of new education programs to exploring smart, energetic and erudite people of different nation states. All of them have caused great respect both in adult and young visitors of the event.
The exhibition has also highlighted the extent of the formation of modern identity, and the essence of young people’s attitude to their own education. Based on the communication of young men and women with the specialists of major companies, it can be argued that the younger generation is well versed in many areas of their future profession. The results of the exhibition are already cited in mass media, which also proves the success of the event.
The exhibition is organised with the official support of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The event is also supported by the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AzPromo) and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs’ (Employers') Organisations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK).
